Third Party Repository System for a leading Local Bank

[ASP / DCOM / SQL Server]

This system was implemented in the bank in September 2004 to track customer holdings of third-party products and to initiate transactions involving insurance policies and unit trusts with the bank's business partners. It is interfaced with the bank's CRM, bank-wide CIF and other systems and also supports batch-mode data transfer to the bank's business partners. Earthsoft is responsible for software support and enhancements.

Pawnshop Management System

[ASP.NET / SQL Server]

PMS was implemented to support a lending programme for pawnbrokers in Singapore. The system is implemented by around 50 pawnshops and is used both to manage their daily operations / statutory reporting to the regulators and to facilitate bank borrowings and repayments. PMS has been in use since 2007. Earthsoft is responsible for software maintenance and enhancements. The application conforms to the stringent security requirements imposed by pawnbroking regulators.

High Net Worth Clients System for a leading Local Bank

HNCS is an intranet application implemented to keep track of the product holdings of the bank's high net worth clients. It was implemented by Earthsoft in September 2003 and is currently responsible for software maintenance and enhancements. This application also conforms to the stringent security requirements imposed by banking regulators.

Signature Verification System for Keppel TatLee Bank / OCBC

SVS was implemented in KTB in March 1998 by Sigmasoft and responsibility for software support was taken over by Earthsoft in January 2000. Earthsoft's team implemented significant software enhancements to keep pace with changes introduced to inward cheque clearing processes in Singapore. The system was decommissioned in 2003, one year after the merger between KTB and OCBC.

Radio and Television Licensing System for Singapore Broadcasting Authority

[Powerbuilder 6.0, Oracle 7.3]

The RTV Licensing system was implemented in March 1997 for SBA by Sigmasoft. It currently manages a database of 500,000 vehicle radio licences and 1.2 Million domestic TV licences in Singapore. It is used is used to collect approximately SGD 100 Million of radio and TV licence fees every year. It is linked to a variety of external agencies including IRAS, LTA, Singapore Post, Interbank Giro and the Judiciary. Earthsoft took over the responsibility for software support of the system in January 2000, and was responsible for all software support and enhancements until August 2002, when SBA created an in-house team to handle these tasks.

File tracking System for Keppel TatLee Bank / OCBC

This system was implemented by Earthsoft in 2000 for the Credit Cycle Management Department (CCMD) of KTB and is still in use in OCBC. It helps CCMD manage an inventory of around 25,000 credit files stored in-house as well as to track closed files and despatch them for offsite storage. Barcode label printing and scanning are integrated into the system to minimise key entry.

Telecom Billing Application for Zone Telecom

Earthsoft implemented a comprehensive billing application to support the operations of a Singapore-based IDD services provider, Zone Telecom Pte. Ltd. The system enables Zonetel to manage billing and collections for its customer base. Payment by cheque, Interbank Giro and credit card are supported. The system includes innovative features such as generation and despatch by e-mail of invoices in PDF format, automatic top-up of credit balances through credit card deductions and SMS notification of balance top-up to customers.
